The Arkansas Department of Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional Architectural design services for the purpose of designing a Residential Medical Clinic for up to five (5) of the DHS Developmental Disabilities Services, Human Development Centers. (HDC's) There will be a single design, interior and exterior. The structures will vary only in capacity, number of rooms etc. based on the specific HDC location and campus population. The Agency is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional design services to produce the required plans, specifications, and contract administration for the above new facilities. The Agency intends to award this contract to a single firm having the capability to provide the required architectural services and oversight. A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the DBA MSC. The Agency will award one contract under this solicitation and negotiate fees on a percentage based on estimated cost of construction.
