The Work is located at intersections in the Western Addition Neighborhood of San Francisco, California, including the Golden Gate Avenue and Fulton Street corridors, Laguna/Sutter, Laguna/Turk, and Buchanan/Turk, and consists of traffic and pedestrian signal infrastructure, pavement renovation, curb ramp construction, traffic control, and all related work. Class "A" or "C-10" license required to bid. LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 25% LBE. Good Faith Efforts. In accordance with Administrative Code Chapter 14B requirements, all bidders shall submit documented good faith efforts with their bids, except those who exceed the above stated LBE subcontracting participation requirement by 35%. Bidders must achieve 80 out of 100 points to be deemed responsive. Bidders will receive 15 points for attending the pre-bid conference.
