Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Jordan, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; office development; and swimming pool.

The project includes interior renovation of existing pool area, locker rooms and office areas. Work includes floor, wall and ceiling finishes; Door replacement, lockers and toilet accessories. PME scope of work to include the removal and replacement of all roof drains in the project area; removal and replacement of the existing domestic hot water heating system; removal and replacement of the existing baseboard radiations in Office-188 and Office-192; as well as removal and replacement of all receptacles, lighting and lighting controls in the pool area, pool entry and office areas of the project. Reference sheet A3.1 for project areas. Note: the pool equipment is excluded as well as work inside the actual pool well itself. Exterior work to include minor concrete replacement, new EPDM roofing and some tuck pointing of existing masonry. Total project area approximately 8,200 Square Feet. The project is broken into alternates. Bidders to whom award of a Contract is under consideration shall furnish and pay for an acceptable Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond and Supply Bond in a penal sum of 100% of the total amount payable by the terms of the Contract in accord with the AIA INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security, which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the highest combination of the Base Bid plus all requested ADD Alternates, in the required form and submitted in accord with the AIA INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.The East Jordan Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
