Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Jordan, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
EJPS is seeking bids to replace the current stand-alone door access system with a new hard-wired system that connects all doors to central control software. This project includes software, access controllers, card readers, door alarm contacts for propped-opened doors, and door hardware. Currently, there are 23 doors on a stand-alone system and we will be adding 6 additional access control doors for a total of 29 doors. All CO-200 locks will be removed and new cover plates/pull handles installed. In addition, we are seeking bids for a lockdown activation/notification system. This system will include 38 wall panic buttons with covers, 13 silent alarm buttons under secretaries' desks, 30 message/PA/blue light/clock boards, 69 interior blue strobe lights, 15-360 degree lights, and 34 exterior blue strobe lights. All hardware must be interoperable with our Crisis Go software/app, Avigilon Control Center 7.0 camera system, CRG mapping software, and ShoreTel (Mitel) Connect Onsite Build 21.82.9630.0 phone system.
