The SFDRCISD had no responses The San Felipe Del Rio Consolidated Independent School District (SFDRCISD) is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP's) for the District's Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair Services on an "as needed" basis. The commercial kitchen equipment is located at eleven (11) District campus locations throughout the district. If the proposer has a current commercial kitchen equipment repair contract with one OR more of the following InterLocals, please indicate name and contract number: a. TASB BuyBoard b. OMINIA c. TIPS d. CPA of Texas e. Region XX Education Service Center f. PACE g. DIR h. U.S. Communities i. TxBuy - Region 16 j. Choice Partners Please provide pricing as listed on Pricing Page, Page Eight (8). Three copies of proposal are required, with one having an original, authorized signature. The SFDRCISD will be awarding entire equipment repair service to a primary vendor and two additional vendors if opportunity is afforded the district to do so. Secondary and Tertiary vendors will be called should for any reason the primary vendor is unable to initiate and finalize repair service within the timeline set by District in this proposal. The Vendor shall not contact any other District employee, School Board member or District consultant during this proposal solicitation, evaluation, and award process without prior approval of the Director of Purchasing. No employee of the District shall have any personal interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement nor shall any such member, official or employee participate in any decision relating to this agreement which affects his or her interest or the interests of any corporation, partnership or association in which he or she is directly or indirectly interested. Neither Firm nor the District shall be responsible or deemed to be in default of its obligations to the other to the extent any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations under this RFP is caused by events or conditions beyond the reasonable control of that party, and are not due to the negligence or willful misconduct of such party, (hereinafter, "Force Majeure events"). The District reserves the right to award to Primary, Secondary and Tertiary proposers. The San Felipe Del Rio CISD reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal, waive minor proposal formalities/technicalities and award the proposal deemed to be most advantageous to the District.
