The City of Sedro-Woolley is soliciting bids under the City's Small Works Roster utilizing MRSC Rosters for the exterior painting of Sedro-Woolley Fire Station 2, located at 1218 North Township Street Sedro-Woolley Washington, 98284 Bid proposals should include cleaning and pressure washing of the exterior portion of the building (including metal roofing & gutters), any other preparation work needed to repair damage caused by the pressure washing. Contractor shall re-apply caulking as needed. Following cleaning, and preparation, all exterior surfaces of the building including lap siding, cement shingles, masonry surfaces, and trim will be repainted, or resealed. Work must be completed prior to October 15, 2022.
