A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This project is for the removal and replacement of broken concrete slab outside as well as concrete slab inside our covered parking area which includes a trench drain. This work includes the full replacement of the existing west trench drain. The Contractor shall provide all labor and material required to remove and replace the concrete to match existing slab and/or curb according to the provided drawing as well as the replacement of the trench drain. Exact measurements shall be the responsibility of the contractor. • West Trench Area thickness 9 approximately 2,795 sq. ft. • Area 1 thickness 9 approximately 9,829 sq. ft. • Area 2 thickness 9 approximately 482 sq. ft. • Area 3 thickness 9 approximately 466 sq. ft.
