This work must comply with the specifications provided for in the technical clauses contained in the tender specifications. Are eligible to bid bidders having an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the Municipality within the framework of this call for tenders, namely the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the Agreement on the liberalization of public procurement between Quebec and New Brunswick, the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario. The Tenderer is entirely responsible for ensuring that his tender is deposited at the office of the Municipality at the aforementioned address. Only submissions received before the above time and date will be considered. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the compliant tender having obtained the lowest price, nor any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). In addition, the Municipality declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of the rejection of all tenders. The contract is awarded to the conforming bidder having obtained the lowest price, if applicable, by decision of the Municipality, at its sole discretion.
