Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sainte-Cecile-de-Masham, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Description of procurement: - Demolition of existing building - Removal of existing septic system - Construction of a new building with the following characteristics: 11 sq.m. coatroom 4 toilets 1 surveillance room of 16 sq.m. - Construction of a new septic tank - Landscaping around the new building - Restoration of the premises Complete the Work for no later than June 9, 2023. Except for the approval of alternative materials as described in GI15 of the General Instructions to Bidders, enquiries should be received no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
