Reference number : 1686860 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-16 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Supply of bulk materials (granular, hot mix asphalt) The Municipality of La Pêche wishes to receive bids for the supply of bulk materials (granular, hot mix asphalt) required for maintenance operations as well as the disposal of asphalt waste for its entire territory. All the conditions of this call for tenders are contained in specifications which are available on the electronic tendering service. Are eligible to bid on this call for tenders, bidders having an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the Municipality within the framework of this call for tenders. This tender is subject to: the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA); the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO); the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any costs of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). In addition, the Municipality declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of the rejection of all tenders. The contract is awarded to the conforming bidder having submitted the lowest price, if applicable, by decision of the Municipality, at its sole discretion.
