Rock Region Metro is requesting Sealed Bids from qualified licensed contractors to execute the scope of work to provide a perimeter security enhancements for the Rock Region Metro North Little Rock Administration and Maintenance Facility. The security system will prevent unauthorized persons from accessing portions of the facility. Bids to include select site demolition, concrete sidewalks, concrete paving, asphalt paving, fencing, electrical, surveillance and controlled entry systems. Bidder questions will be accepted and responded to until 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 26, 2022. This includes the verification and incorporation of addenda or revision bulletins, prior to bidding the project. All Bid Proposals must be submitted on an unaltered or modified copy of the Bid Forms provided in the project manual. Bidders may photocopy these forms. The entire manual does not need to be submitted with the bids. Faxed Bid Proposals, Phone Quotes, and Email Quotes will not be accepted. A 5% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check is required. Bids must include the cost of Performance Bond and Payment Bond. Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities.
