New Hanover County is requesting bids for pre-positioned remediation services. Services include assessment and remediation activities. Services are requested to be utilized in the event of an emergency, immediately following the emergency. There will be no pre-bid meeting and/or site visit. Questions concerning the specifications in this Request for Bids (RFB) should be directed to the Sara Warmuth, Chief Facilities Officer at swarmuth@nhcgov.com. Questions will be received until Wednesday May 18, 2022, at 12:00 pm. An addendum summarizing all questions and answers will be posted to the Countys website. Bidders who have notified the County of their intent to submit a bid along with the email address will be sent the addendum upon posting. Bids will not be opened publicly.Work will commence upon issuance of a purchase order or notice to proceed and will continue until services are completed. All work must be completed prior to June 30, 2023. New Hanover County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to make the award which will be most advantageous to the County.
