Only bidders that have pre-qualified pursuant to InnServices RFSQ # SQ-22-150 WTR365DN are eligible to submit a bid in response to this RFT. 1 This Contract is for the Churchill Water System Upgrades, Town of Innisfil, ON. Generally, the work for Contract Part A includes the following: .1 Process upgrades at Well #3 pumphouse, including supply and installation of process piping, valves, flowmeter, and pressure gauges. .2 Remove, salvage, and reinstall chlorine dosing system with analyzer and turbidimeter from Well #3 pumphouse in new GAC building. .3 Construct a building for the new GAC system, including heating ventilation, and lighting. .4 Construct soak away pit and drain for GAC building. .5 Supply and install a GAC system, including all process piping, valves, contactor, media, pressure gauges, and other equipment. .6 Supply and install yard piping, fittings, joints, and valves to tie-in the new GAC system to the Well #3 watermain. .7 Supply and install drain for GAC system and Well #3 pumphouse, including concrete headwall, duckbill check valve, riprap, and drainage swale. .8 Supply and install all electrical materials, equipment, and devices, including: .1 Remove and dispose of manual transfer switch at Well #3 pumphouse. Replace manual transfer switch with automatic transfer switch. .2 Diesel-fired genset, including concrete housekeeping pad, bollards, conduits, and ductbank. .3 Power supply to GAC building. .4 PLC hardware and programming revisions and SCADA programming revisions, all required to implement the proposed works as specified and/or implied in the Contract Documents. Included are wiring upgrades required to connect relocated instrumentation and all new equipment. .9 Cleaning and disinfection of treated water process equipment and piping. .10 Testing, commissioning, operator training and five-day trial operation after complete installation. .11 Site grading and restoration.
