The full description of the services required is included in section 3 of this tender document. More specifically, municipal infrastructure works to watch include, but are not limited to: The construction of the sanitary sewer network over a length of +/-395 meters; The construction of an aqueduct network with fire protection with a length of +/-400 meters; The construction of a surface drainage system combined with a conventional drainage pipe with a length of +/-440 meters; The reconstruction of the pavement structure, paving, curbs and sidewalks in the trench areas of the existing rue Sainte-Anne in order to connect to the municipal networks; The construction of the pavement structure including the paving of the segment to be plunged with a length of nearly 400 meters; Partial redevelopment of the school parking lot with the addition of a roundabout; Complete lighting system with streetlights and buried electrical conduits; Burial of public utility networks (electricity and communication) and overhead-underground connections with the existing network, all in accordance with Hydro-Québec requirements; This work is to be carried out in the summer of 2022 and to be completed in 2023 with the finishing paving layer. The contractor will have 49 consecutive calendar days in 2022 (+/- 35 working days) and 3 consecutive working days in 2023 to complete all the work. Work could begin as early as June 30, 2022.
