Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Salt Lake County (SLCo) requests bids for Millcreek Canyon Overlay. Mill and overlay paved sections of Millcreek Canyon Road and improve drainage facilities. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. Items ofwork are as follows: Rotomilling 1.5" of existing asphalt pavement and place 3" of new asphalt pavement. Full depth pavement reconstruction and soft spot pavement repair in select location. Installation ofloose riprap and slope stabilization treatments. Question Submission Close Date 5/26/2022 12:00 PM MDT Mill 1.5" of existing asphalt and place 3" ofnew asphalt pavement. Widen in areas as shown in plans to provide additional width for an uphill bike lane. Complete a full pavement reconstruction as shown in plans. Provide soft spot repair as directed by Engineer. Install riprap channels, riprap armoring, riprap and rundowns as shown on plans.
