Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Loma, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work detailed above may be altered to add or remove items, as determined necessary by the State, before or after an award has been made and a contract entered with the selected consultant. The contract award in the long term may encompass all elements of the scope of work described above but will likely be awarded in phases as dictated by funding and timing of work. Furthermore, the State reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time and may resolicit as needed. The intent of this project is to make the Highline West Master Plan a reality. The initial construction budget is $4 million, although that may expand in the future. The initial design budget will be negotiated with the selected Consultant, based on the initial construction budget. The selected Consultant Team will review the plan and work with CPW to prioritize development activities, gather site data, develop design documents, support bidding, and provide construction oversight support for, but not limited to the proposed services: Questions Due in writing to mike.havens@state.co.us 5/26/2022 by 10:00 am The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
