Renovation of a detention facility in North Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Remove and dispose of the exiting roof and replace with TPO or PVC type materials. We ask that bidders provide price information for both material types. Material selection will be made once bids have been reviewed. Two images of the existing jail roof and dimensions are available under BUYER ATTACHMENTS The County will determine the low bidders based upon price(s) bid. Award will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest cost including delivery and any additional costs. The County reserves the right to award multiple purchase orders to the responsive, responsible bidders meeting specifications who bid the lowest overall cost to the County. Weber County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids, if to do so is in the best interest of the County.
