For the Building 31 (Old Main) Roof Replacement and Associated Asbestos and Hazardous Material Abatement project at Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center. The project scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Selective demolition, asbestos abatement, lead-based paint remediation, removal of existing adhered EPDM roofing system and related construction, select structural repairs to existing wood framing, and the installation of new standing seam metal and modified bitumen roofing systems. This project consists of one (1) single prime General Construction contract with an estimated value of $2,600,000 - $3,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
