The work to be performed under this project includes a comprehensive leak detection survey of up to a total of 501 miles of water transmission and distribution mains in the Regional System. Proposals are to be submitted only on the forms contained herein and shall be received only from persons who obtain Proposal Documents from the MVWA and are duly registered on the list of bidders. The Board reserves the right to revise or amend the bidding documents prior to the date set for opening the bids. The Board reserves the right to waive any informality and reject all proposals. The MVWA may reject any proposal if in its judgment the resources, financial standing, or experience of the consultant justifies such rejection in view of the work to be performed.
