NORTH TAHOE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Driveway sealing and striping that the North Tahoe Fire Protection District (NTFPD) will be requesting sealed bids for driveway/parking lot sealing and striping at the following locations: Station #51 - 222 Fairway Dr. Tahoe City Station #52 - 288 Northshore Blvd, Kings Beach Station #53 - 5425 West Lake Blvd, Homewood Station #55 - 240 Carnelian Bay Road, Carnelian Bay Contractors must provide proof of business license and proof of liability insurance with bid. Each contractor shall indemnify the District for any costs incurred by the District in connection with the contractor's damage to any part of the property, any injury to or death of any person, and any failure to observe all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, codes, regulations, and ordinances. Each contract may be cancelled by either party with 30 days prior written notice. Separate bids may be accepted from the same contractor for one or more locations. Each bid will include a proposal to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for preparing, cleaning, crack filling, oil spot treatment, seal coating, and striping where applicable. The NTFPD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received, to be the sole judge of the bid, and to accept any bid that it determines to be in its best interest.
