Bids must be made on the official Bid Proposal Form furnished with the Contract Documents. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as Bid for Tahoe City Public Utility District, (Project Name), and the envelope should bear on the outside, the name and address of the Bidder. District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid process. Bids must remain valid for a period of 30 days following the bid opening. Award of the bid is subject to the availability of funds.
