Reference number : 1605390 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-01 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 ASBESTOS AND FUNGAL DECONTAMINATION SUMMARY THE PUBLIC BODY (Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin) wishes to establish a performance-on-demand contract with a CONTRACTOR for the execution of asbestos and fungal decontamination work, as well as the sanitation of ventilation ducts after this work ( hereinafter the "Works"), according to the needs of its schools, spread over an area covering the cities of Longueuil, Brossard and Saint-Lambert. The CONTRACTOR shall carry out the Works in accordance with the Estimates, according to the unit prices indicated in the Price Schedule. The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any Submissions received. The BIDDER must accompany its Bid with a bid bond for a lump sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) . This bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee, issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in the Regie. The BIDDER must also attach to its Bid a letter of commitment signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of the obligations of the CONTRACTOR for wages, materials and services, which must be, each , in the amount of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) . CONTRACT LENGTH : The Contract is for a period of three (3) years, from July 2, 2022 to July 1 , 2025.
