SCOPE OF SERVICES:
1.1 Furnish and install CIPP liners at the following locations:
A. 302 England Street:
o ~ 41' of the 6" sewer lateral with varying materials from the cleanout to the mainline sewer
Note: offset joint at PVC pipe to clay pipe transition to be repaired by others prior to lining.
B. Riverside Drive line segments:
1. 785194G06
o ~225' of 8" NRCP
o Re-instate three (3) lateral connections
o Liner to have hydrophilic end seals installed at the upstream and downstream ends
Note: Obstruction observed in video to be removed by others prior to lining.
2. 785194G05
o ~245' of 8" NRCP
o Re-instate three (3) lateral connections
o Liner to have hydrophilic end seals installed at the upstream and downstream ends
3. 785195G07
o ~300' of 8" NRCP
o Re-instate three (3) lateral connections
o Liner to have hydrophilic end seals installed at the upstream and downstream ends
4. 785185G06
o ~380' of 8" NRCP
o Re-instate four (4) lateral connections
o Liner to have hydrophilic end seals installed at the upstream and downstream ends
Note: The above listed line segments receive flow from a wwps. Installation shall be
scheduled 48 hours in advance with the county as a station shutdown will be required.

o ~152' of 8" NRCP
o Liner to have hydrophilic end seals installed at the upstream and downstream ends
C. 101 N. Cottage Green Drive:
o 788011G04
o ~332' of 8" Asbestos Cement pipe
o Re-instate one (1) lateral connection
o Liner to have hydrophilic gaskets installed at ends and on both sides of each lateral
Note: Line is located in a hotel/motel parking lot.
D. Main to lateral connection seal
o Install main to lateral connection liners with hydrophilic seals in the mainline and lateral at
each lateral location for the above listed line segments
o 14 total laterals
o Liner shall extend into each lateral minimum 10'with no cleanout installed
