Tioga County - HHS (Health and Human Services) Building Controls Replacement For the following project: Tioga County HHS BUILDING CONTROLS REPLACEMENT 1062 NY-38 Owego, New York This is a locally funded project that includes full replacement of the Building Automation Control (BAC) system and associated control parts for county HHS office building.
Associated work to include but not limited to Varabile Adjustable Volume (VAV) box and coil replacements, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) replacement, electrical power support, and other ancillary work as described in the documents. On or after May 12, 2022, The Contract Documents, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Information to Bidders, Bid Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Bonds, Drawings, Specifications and Addenda may be examined at the following locations: Tioga County Department of Public Works 477 State Route 96 Owego, NY 13827 Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Statement in order to be considered. Tioga County is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
