Renovation of a transportation facility in Clermont, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
As of September 14, 2022, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the Proposal must be submitted with the original being clearly marked as such. All proposals must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked in the lower left corner Town of Lady Lake - Bid No. 2022-0003 Installation of Train Depot and Bath House Roof and Rot Repair and delivered or mailed to: Nancy Wilson, Town Clerk, Town of Lady Lake, 409 Fennell Boulevard, Lady Lake, Florida 32159. Questions should be directed to Mike Burske, Public Works Director for the Town of Lady Lake by email mburske@ladylake.org or by phone (352) 430-0451. The Town of Lady Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. The Town of Lady Lake, Florida, is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The work consists of replacing rotted wood and installing a new roof with the following specifications: Remove existing roof panels on Train Depot and Bath House; remove and replace all rotted wood associated with the trusses and sheathing on Train Depot AND Bath House; install metal roof on Train Depot and Bath House. The location of the project is at 106 S. Hwy 27/441 in Lady Lake, FL. The following work and services are presented as an indication of the work that will be required under the continuing contract but may not necessarily be all inclusive of work under this contract.
