Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Clermont, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,327-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

This project consists of the renovation and remodel two (2) existing building and the construction of one (1) new addition to create a new high school on the existing elementary school campus. Existing building 5 / 17 is being remodeled and converted to the administrative spaces, existing building 18 is being renovated and remodeled and will remain as the classroom and faculty spaces and new building 19 2,409 SF building is being constructed to serve as the STEM Studio, food service and restrooms for the project. Site work includes the construction of new parking; parent and bus drop off loops, stormwater collection and retention and site utilities to support the project. Landscaping is included within the project area including irrigation and hardscape and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Please note that the Chiller, AHU's, Electrical Panel, and Fire Alarm Panel are being direct purchased by the owner and the relevant scopes of work will include only installation. Scope of Work: Site Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Casework, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Roofing, Doors, Glazing, OHD, Framing, Stucco, Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Signage, Canopies, Window Treatments, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Security, Sitework, Landscaping, and Fencing. As of September 18, 2023, The A/E team has updated the Project Manual for the Lincoln Park Education Center. Construction is expected to start December 2023 and take approximately 10 months, completing October 2024.
