Renovation of a detention facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. Design plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
As of August 8, 2022, a design engineer has been selected. Bidding is anticipated to take place in January/February 2023. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is soliciting proposals for architectural/engineering firms interested in the design of the electrical service replacement/upgrade for Roughrider Industries Buildings A, B, & C located at the North Dakota State Penitentiary in Bismarck, ND. Interested parties must display/demonstrate expertise in the design of electrical service installation & renovation. After an architectural/engineering firm has been selected, all proposals, designs, and cost estimates must be completed by February 1, 2023. Information packets, which include the SF330 (Architect-Engineer Qualifications) form, facility information, and maps, are available by contacting Chris Jangula by mail at the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Central Office, PO BOX 1898, Bismarck, N.D. 58502-1893; by phone at 701-328-6133; or by e-mail at cjangula@nd.gov. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
