All new items will be approved by TISD. New one piece vinyl floor or equivalent. Same material will be used for the cove and baseboard or equivalent. Stack reinforcement for each toilet. New solid plastic floor mounted toilet partitions, no doors. Contractors will provide TISD with all color options prior to acceptance of bid. TISD will provide paper towel holders, toilet paper holders, and soap dispensers. Remove and dispose of mirror. Install a commercial grade mirror with a locking device. Remove and dispose of the existing kitchen cabinets. Remove the existing window and replace it with a new operating window. Reduce opening with an insulation panel below the new opening. The size will be discussed at the walk through. Repair the existing leak prior to installing the new window. Check the lintel, check other existing material for any damages. Make sure it's up to specs, not causing the leak. TISD may provide the bathroom tile. TISD may paint the classroom and bathroom walls. TISD may paint the bathroom ceiling. TISD will provide all the paint. Provide design, material to be installed, and pricing. Kitchen cabinets may be provided by the TISD. The contractor selected may be used to install them. Bids are to be firm for at least 120 days or until the project is completed. ll shipping costs are to be included in the bid price and shipped to the rooms for which they are being purchased. Bidders shall include all delivery costs unless otherwise specified. The supplier must assume all liability for any damage and/or injury that might occur in the process of unloading and handling the items being delivered. Each vendor, upon completion of their division of work or at other times as required by the Tuscola Intermediate School District, shall collect and remove all rubbish and debris pertaining to their work.
