Renovation of a laboratory facility in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
No bids were received, Oklahoma State University will not be moving forward with this project. This request for proposal is to provide heating and air conditioning to two offices in the newly renovated Toyota Laboratory in Building 403 on the OSUIT Campus. All inquiries during the bid and evaluation process must be directed to the Buyer of Record, OSU and the A&M Systems Purchasing Department, by phone at 405-744-5984, fax 405-744-5187. 1. HVAC split system to be sized for the two new offices located inside the new Toyota. 2. Provide 2-ton HVAC unit and metal duct work accordingly to the size of offices. 3. Standard seer rating unit with gas heat. 4. Provide riser for evaporator to set on. Needs to be fire rated and have a Filter base with MERV8 filters. 5. Duct work to be metal and insulated. 6. 1 Supply vent per office 7. 1 Return vent per office 8. Contractor to make penetrations for refrigerant and condensate lines in wall. 9. Condensate line to be properly trapped. 10. Condensate safety switch to be installed. 11. Suction line to be insulated. Sleeves for lines to go through wall. 12. Condenser to set on concrete pad provided by contractor. 13. Condenser to be anchored to pad. 14. Contractor will connect to power provided by OSUIT. 15. Thermostat to be provided by contractor. Programable thermostat with averaging sensor in second office. 16. All work to be done IAW IBC 2018 and manufacturer's instructions. 17. Location of equipment will be marked on floor plans
