Multiple consultants will be selected to provide the DNREC Division of Parks and Recreation and other participating divisions including the DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife, hereinafter called DNREC, with professional services in a variety of disciplines to support the implementation of the Divisions Capital Programs. Firms do not have to have competences in all the requested disciplines but must indicate the disciplines for which they wish to be considered o Architectural Services - Planning and design of new park buildings; Renovation of existing buildings; Evaluation and restoration of historic structures. o Surveying - Property, Topographic, and Bathometric o Civil Engineering - Site Design, Stormwater Management, Wastewater Infrastructure, Drinking Water Infrastructure, Road Design, and Trail Design, Environmental permitting, land use permitting, and habitat restoration. o Structural Engineering - Evaluation and/or design of buildings components, wood structures, and bridges o Marine Engineering - Design, evaluation, and inspection of marine structures including piers, docks, and boat ramps. This includes underwater inspections. o Geotechnical Engineering -soil investigations for use in the design of foundations for structures, earthen structures, and pavement subgrades o Electrical Engineering - The design and evaluation of electrical infrastructure o Landscape Architecture -Planning and design of outside spaces including habitat restoration. o Archelogy and Cultural Resources - services to meet compliance with Federal Section 106 requirements and local requirements.
