Site work for a civil project in Johnson City, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

The Village of Johnson City (Project Sponsor) invites Contractors to submit sealed bids for the N. Broad St Water/Sewer Mains and Culvert Replacement. A certified check or cashier's check payable to the Village of Johnson City or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The Successful Bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount at least equal to the Contract Amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of all Contractor's obligations under the Contract Documents. The Village of Johnson City reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all Bids. Bids may be held by the Village of Johnson City for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding the Contract.
