Salt Lake County (SLCo), on behalf of its District Attorney (DA) Office, invites your company to bid on providing landscape maintenance for rock areas for the West Jordan DA Building. Salt Lake County (SLCo) Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of its District Attorney's (DA) Office, invites your company to bid on providing landscape maintenance for rock areas including weed control, debris clean up, bush trimming and tree trimming for the West Jordan District Attorney Building located at 8090 South 1825 West, West Jordan, Utah 84088. Awarded bidder will be expected to maintain all rock areas at the West Jordan DA building. Work will include weed control, appropriate shrub trimming, appropriate tree trimming, debris clean up and removal, adjustments and repairs for associated water irrigation systems for the rock areas, and approved replacement of dead shrubs and trees. Bids should include monthly services based on an 8-month season. Cost for sprinkler repairs and replacement of dead trees and shrubs shall be an hourly rate and cost plus for materials. Hourly rate needs to be specified in the bid. The DA's office staff will continue to maintain grass areas including fertilizer, mowing, trimming, and sprinkler maintenance. Questions shall be submitted through Electronically, Questions are due prior to the question due date and time specified. The contract resulting from this solicitation will become effective on the date of execution with a five (5) year term. The County reserves the right to review the contract on a regular basis regarding performance and cost analysis and may negotiate price and service elements during the term of the contract. No minimum or maximum quantity or purchases under this contract can be specified. For information purposes only and not as a guarantee of usage by the County, approximate annual amount under this contract may be $18,000.
