This courtesy posting is an advertisement of a procurement opportunity for City of Holladay, not the Division of Purchasing. This solicitation posting will be canceled/closed upon the closing date of this solicitation; however, a vendors response will still be evaluated by City of Holladayas described in the solicitation document. The Division of Purchasing is neither the issuing or conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, as such it is the vendors responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. Works to be constructed include the following scope of work:
1. Traffic control
2. Asphalt Removal
3. Trenching
4. Supply and install of conduit
5. Trench backfill
6. Roadbase
7. Concrete repairs Bids are to be submitted on the enclosed Bid Form. The bids shall consist of a lump sum bid and shall include all costs for labor, materials, and other associated work items. Bid Form is to be signed. Contractor will be required to obtain a no fee permit Right-of-Way Occupancy Permit from the City of Holladay. Substantial completion to occur on or before July 20, 2022. Final completion to occur on or before July 31, 2022. All traffic control is to be removed between substantial and final completions. Bids shall be evaluated based on lowest bid amount. Bonds are not required on this project. Cities are to be named as additional insured on insurance certificates.
