The Proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the legend, PROPOSAL and QUALIFICATIONS for Professional Services for FY 2022 Design Preparation of a Field Survey and Base Mapping for Telegraph Road, County Road #540, Phase 2 Resurfacing Project for the County of Salem Federal Project No. STBGP0540(301), NJDOT JOB #7111301, on the outside. This project involves Federal funding participation through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The County will conform to the procurement requirements by "Competitive Proposal Method" under the Brooks Act and Federal Policy Guide 23 CFR 172A. The selection of a consultant must result from negotiations that utilize a qualification based selection process. Any questions regarding the "Request for Proposal and Qualifications" prior to the official opening may be addressed to Salem County Engineer's Office, Fifth Street Complex, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 600, Salem, New Jersey, 08079. Telephone (856) 935-7510 extension 8549. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
