Sealed bids are requested by the Township Committee of Lower Alloways Creek for Door Replacement in accordance with specified requirements and general conditions. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check, payable to Lower Alloways Creek Township, equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, up to $20,000, as a guarantee of contract completion if awarded. The successful bidder is required to enter a written contract according to the Invitation to Bid, Specifications, General Conditions, and the Award.
