Single overall contract (DPMC: C032 with C009, C047, C066 & C068) is sought. Bidders must submit one original and one copy of the bid proposal in a sealed envelope marked with the contract title and/or bid number, including a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond for 10% of the bid amount (not to exceed $20,000). Bidders for contracts exceeding $20,000 must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction in the designated classifications. Bids must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety stating the surety will provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract sum plus a Maintenance Bond. All work is subject to the New Jersey State Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders and subcontractors must be registered per the Public Works Contractor Registration Act and present Business Registration Certificates prior to contract award. Alterations to existing building where the HVAC Equipment Replacement is indicated including repairs to the existing warrantied EPDM and SBS Modified - roofs and all associated work as indicated on the Drawings 3. Miscellaneous structural steel work under new mechanical HVAC curbs and all additional associated work as indicated on the Drawings. 4. Gypsum board / metal stud bulkhead and suspended acoustical tile ceiling work at the Kitchen area, as indicated on the Drawings. 5. All other indicated work.
