As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** River Road WWTP Operations Building HVAC Upgrade The work includes comprehensive upgrades to the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems serving approximately 23,000 square feet of office, laboratory, and process areas in the Operations Building at the Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority's River Road wastewater Treatment Plant, 290 River Road, Princeton, NJ 08540. The project involves the removal and replacement of multiple large-capacity air handling units, installation of new variable air volume (VAV) terminal units, exhaust fans, ductwork, process and chilled- water piping, and a replacement of the existing control system with a direct digital control (DDC) system fully integrated with the facility's building management system. work also includes new electrical pow-er distribution and control wiring, fireproofing and insulation, and architectural restoration of all impacted areas Certified, Treasurer's or Cashier's Check or bid bond in the sum of 10 percent of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000, Agreement of Surety, Surety Disclosure Statement and Certification (if bid amount is greater than or equal to $800,000), List of Subcontractors, Ownership Disclosure, Bidders Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, References, Ac-knowledgement of Receipt of Changes, Bidders Check List, and Questionnaire are required with each Bid. Bidders shall not remove and submit the Bid pages separate from the volume of Contract Documents, but shall submit their Bid bound with the complete volume of attached Contract Documents, including all pages correctly assembled and all Addenda attached. In the event that a potential bidder obtains the Contract Documents in any manner other than as specified herein, the Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority will not have the contact information of the potential bidder for purposes of issuing bid addenda, if any. The non- receipt of any addenda (in the event that any addenda are issued) and the failure of the bidder to acknowledge the receipt of any and all addenda at the time of bid shall be considered a fatal defect in such Bidder's submission and said Bid shall be immediately rejected.
