Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Princeton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work includes heavy power washing and complete three stage epoxy recoating of the interior of the station. All metallic surfaces, primarily aluminum, will be cleaned. Some areas of spalling concrete will be repaired. The access ladder is to be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled with new stainless steel bolts and fasteners. The existing access hatch will be removed and replaced with an airtight access hatch. The interior fan and humidifier will be removed and disposed of. A new fan (mounted on the exterior) will be installed with a new electrical connection to the existing interior lighting as well as the new fan and air piping. This project is located at the Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority's River Road Meter Station 6, Alexander Road, Princeton, NJ. Instructions to bidders include submitting a certified, treasurer's, or cashier's check or bid bond in the sum of 10% of the bid, not exceeding $20,000, and including all required forms and affidavits with the bid, which must be submitted bound with the complete volume of contract documents and all addenda attached. Bidders are required to comply with applicable statutes and regulations. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids.
