Scope of Work: The supplier shall comply with the terms below and shall be responsible for the following: GENERAL OVERVIEW Paint must be expressly designed for athletic fields and clearly marked as such on the labels. Paint must be easily mixable with use of proper buckets, strainers, hand mixers, etc. Paint must be free of any known carcinogens or other ingredients that may be harmful to humans and field surface. The University reserves the right to require other information needed for product evaluation and verification, including but not limited to the right to request samples for field-testing based on evaluation against bid specifications. If samples are requested, bidder shall provide samples within 10 business days of request. Failure to do so shall cause rejection of your bid This solicitation is issued to establish a term contract for the specified goods and/or services for the period beginning 07/01/202and ending 06/30/2023 in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions At the option of LSU and acceptance by the Supplier, this contract may be renewed for 2 additional 12 month periods, or extended in partial increments thereof, at the same prices, terms and conditions of the original contract award
