Renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Phase 2 PEMB and Elevator for the New Classroom Building, Gymnasium, and Concession Stand scope for this Project is defined in the Contract Documents and consists but is not limited to the following: components to build a PEMB for a New Classroom Building and Gymnasium and provide a new elevator at the New Classroom Building. Turner Construction Company reserves the right to utilize the following evaluation criteria when reviewing the bids that are submitted: a) Subcontractor's experience b) Manpower c) Equipment d) Financial capability/performance history/litigation history e) Price f) Ability to meet the construction schedule g) Project Approach h) Safety record i) MWBE Plan, refer to Section 16 in RFP The bid will be awarded to the subcontractor which is determined to be qualified under the evaluation criteria mentioned above and based upon the Scoring Criteria & Subcontractor Selection Sheet.
