The Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, tools, materials, plans, and transportation necessary to design and construct building 9460 connected addition. The addition will be constructed utilizing Pre-Engineered Metal Building fabrication to match the existing facility. The facility addition dimensions will be 40’ wide by 60’ long with an eave height of 18’. The addition will meet hurricane code requirements and include insulated metal wall panels, a standing seam metal roof, with roof panels that meet thermal requirements, and a 20-year warranty including gutters and downspouts. The addition will have a restroom, two personnel doors with panic hardware, two exterior 14’ roll up doors, a sufficient HVAC and electrical system, and a 3-5 ton dual motor 460V/ 3-phase bridge crane. The additional foundation will be a 6” deep concrete slab, with supporting floor drains, and an epoxy finish. The internal concrete foundation will have an area 8’ wide by 12’long that will be 2’ deep to support 1.5M Drop Testing. The addition will include a concrete path connecting existing roll up door to new roll up door. Magnitude of Construction: $1M - $5M Prevailing Wages Apply.
