The contract includes approximately 1,021 tons of 9.5mm wearing course asphalt, pavement milling, concrete curb and gutter, and placement of pavement markings. This project is serial # 22-04100 under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates. Each Bid must be submitted on provided forms, be accompanied by a 10% bid surety in the form of a bond or certified check payable to Patton Township and be guaranteed for 90 days. Patton Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, and to select the bid it deems to be in the best interest of the Township.
