Responses received from Prime Contractors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rejected. State Project Number RWA253112 Phase XVIII Hazardous Soil and Debris Excavation, Transportation, and Disposal, Former Kettle River Company Creosote Plant This project is Targeted Group/Economically Disadvantaged/Veteran-Owned preference.> A. The work will done under one prime contract that includes: General, Excavation, Transportation, Disposal, and Site Restoration. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Site mobilization and site preparation. 2.) Project health and safety implementation and site air monitoring. 3.) Soil, debris, and tar/creosote excavation, segregation, loading, transport, and disposal. 4.) Water pumping, storage, treatment, and disposal, as required. 5.) Backfilling, compaction, and site restoration. Prime Contractors who attended and signed the Pre-Bid Site Visit sign-in sheet as part of the on-site mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 25, 2022, are not required to attend the second on-site mandatory pre-bid meeting. All questions should be submitted no later than June 3, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. CST.
