Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 896-square-foot parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

1. Garage: To build a 28' x 32' garage including but not limited to: removal of topsoil, placing and compacting minimum 6" 22a gravel or limestone on top of sand necessary to get to proper elevation, fine grading and compacting subbase, prep, form, and pour 28' x 32' slab minimum 5" thick 4000 psi with #2 rebar 2' O.C. each way with thickened edge minimum 8" deep or to code with 2 # 4 rerod, two floor drains piped to daylight, concrete to have smooth finish sloped to the drains, control joints to be cut, high quality concrete sealer to be applied, two courses 8" block with rerod embedded into slab 6' oc and cores filled and 1/2 " anchor bolts to accept 2x8 treated plate. Sill seal to be used between sill plate and block, 2 x 6 walls 16" oc, 7/16 wall sheeting, 5/12 pitch roof trusses 2' oc with 16" overhang, 'A" roof sheeting, drip edge, 2 rows of Ice and water shield, roof underlayment, architectural roof shingles to match the house, aluminum fascia and soffit, Redwood red LP Smartside siding with white trim, 1 entry door and two 8' x 8' insulated garage doors with 1/2 hp openers, 3 3' x 3' windows. Electrical to be done by others. 2. Optional Additional for 24' x 28 garage approach with same specs as above but broom finish.
