Base bid work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, necessary removal of existing structures, a new medium voltage generator, replacement of automatic transfer switches, panelboards and pad-mount transformers, new HVAC systems and replacement low-voltage emergency generators, and certain other items. The work shall include infection control measures, and mitigation measures for construction-caused dust, noise, and vibration.
