Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brook Park, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 680 feet of Delores Boulevard from the intersection of Sylvia Drive to Paulding Boulevard. The pavement will be replaced with reinforced concrete pavement on new compacted aggregate base. New curb, underdrains, pavement markings, and catch basin repairs are included in the work. The Contractor shall include the specification booklet along with any addenda, in their entirety and original form, with his/her bid. Checks shall be made payable to the City of Brook Park, Ohio. Bids will be opened and read at the time and place stated above. Those who have submitted proposals or their representatives are invited to attend. The regulations of the State of Ohio relative to the procurement of labor, wage rates and hours of employment shall apply. The right is reserved to accept any bidder, to reject any or all bids or parts of any bids and to waive informalities should it be deemed to be for the best interests of the City of Brook Park to do so. Each sealed bid must be marked: Bid for the Delores Boulevard Reconstruction Project, Contract 202205.
