The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the firm Parallèle 54 Expert-Conseil Inc. on May 17, 2022. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the Electronic Tender System website. Fees are set according to the rates established by the Electronic Tender System. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid. Only bids submitted by contractors having an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements and holding the license required under the Building Act will be considered. This contract is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Free - Canadian exchange (ALEC). The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders.
