Decatur Park District Administration Office for an offer to complete Roofing Projects for Hickory Point Clubhouse, 727 West Weaver Road, Forsyth, IL and Scovill Park West Banquet Facility, 3915 West Main Street, Decatur, IL. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids received, to determine the lowest responsible bidder by considering alternates, or reject any or all bids. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing under the contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS130/1-12).
