Specifically, the Fire Station was lost to a fire and is in need of immediate replacement. It is the desire of Walton County to engage the services of a Design-Build Firm or Team to design and build this Fire Station and to develop a specific plan of action to achieve these improvements while minimizing the impact to Walton Countys Fire Services Operations. The RFP outlines how the selection process will be managed, Walton Countys requirements, evaluation of the submittal packages and contract requirements.
