TOWNSHIP OF BRIDGEWATER County of Somerset, New Jersey for: PROJECT: 2022-1 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Project Description: Provide construction services which will consist of improvements to the entire lengths of NEWBERRY STREET, RADEL AVENUE, & RAMSEY STREET, including but not limited to full-depth pavement reclamation throughout the project limits, pavement overlay of reclaimed subbase, storm sewer upgrades, new accessible ramps, sidewalk replacement, and driveway apron repairs. Overall project length is approximately 3,000 linear feet. All disturbed areas will be restored to their original condition. Specifications and instructions to bidders are located on the Township website. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and bid title on the outside addressed to Rose Witt at the address above. Bid Addenda will be issued on the website. Therefore, it is it the sole responsibility of the bidder to check the website from now through the bid opening. All bid results will be posted on the Township website. Bidders are subject to the provisions of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A.40A:11 1 seq. governing bidding requirements. Bidders are required to comply with the requirement of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 at seq and P.L. 1975 c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.
